Boyd Martin has 21 years of experience as a Florida licensed residential contractor.  Ten years prior to licensing, Boyd was active in the local building industry managing the Fort Walton Beach yard of his family’s brick business, Keego Clay Products.

Since 1999 as Martin Properties of Northwest Florida, Inc., Boyd has continually built new or remodeled existing homes in South Walton.  He has maintained a constant presence in the WaterColor neighborhoods designing, building and remodeling.
