Boyd Martin has 25 years of experience as a Florida licensed contractor.  Prior to licensing, Boyd was active in the local building industry for 10 years managing the Fort Walton Beach yard of his family’s brick business, Keego Clay Products.

  

          Since 1999 as Martin Properties of Northwest Florida, Inc., Boyd has continually built new or remodeled existing homes in South Walton.  He has maintained a constant presence in the WaterColor neighborhood designing, building and remodeling. 

 

          In addition to his primary work in WaterColor, Boyd has built and remodeled homes in Seaside, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain, The Retreat, Villages of White Cliffs, WaterSound, and Burnt Pines within SanDestin.

          Martin Properties is presided by Boyd Martin.  His wife Daphne coordinates contracts, bookkeeping and insurance.  Eugene Lawrence, with 45 years experience supervises job sites.  Bradley and Erin Sasnett compliment the company with skills from dirt moving to punch out.
